WEEKLY GENTLE VINYASA FLOW

Join us for a weekly Gentle Vinyasa Flow, a calming and empowering practice designed for all abilities. This class blends mindful movement, intentional breath work/pranayama, and grounding poses to help you reset and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking for a restorative midweek reset, this class offers the perfect space to pause, reflect, and realign.

Private Tuition

If you're looking for a more personal and tailored approach to your yoga practice - whether you feel more comfortable outside of group settings, or desire a deeper, more focused meditation and spiritual practice, private yoga sessions could be the perfect fit for you.

In these 1-1 or 2-1 classes, we’ll work together to create a practice that supports your individual needs, helping you gain confidence, strength, and a deeper connection to your body and mind. Whether you want to focus on alignment, flexibility, mindfulness, or personal growth, every session is designed just for you.

Meet your instructor, Naomi

Naomi is a certified yoga teacher and integration coach with a holistic approach to growth and healing. She holds a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification in Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Chakra, Meditation, and Restorative Yoga, offering a balance of strength, mindfulness, and energy work in her classes. She has also completed the Psychedelics Today Certificate in Integrative Psychedelic Studies, specialising in depth psychology, Jungian perspectives, and regenerative business and leadership, enabling her to guide transformative inner journeys. Naomi is passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces, cultivating community for self-discovery and healing.

What should I wear to a yoga class?
Comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Yes, please bring your own, I have a few spare available in case you forget though.
I'm a beginner. Can I still join a class?
Classes are open to all levels and Naomi can provide modifications and adjustments as needed.
What type of yoga is taught in your classes?
Our weekly classes are a gentle Vinyasa flow class which is a mindful and accessible yoga practice that combines fluid movement with breath awareness. This class focuses on slower, intentional transitions between poses, making it suitable for all levels, including beginners.

However, on our retreats, Naomi adjusts the style of yoga for the theme; this could be Yin Yoga which is a slow, meditative practice that focuses on deep stretches and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes, allowing you to gently target the connective tissues, improve flexibility, and release tension. This class encourages relaxation, mindfulness, and introspection, making it perfect for anyone seeking to unwind, calm their nervous system, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.
