Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 July 2026

Your privacy matters to me, and so does your trust. This policy explains what information I collect when you book a session, join the waitlist or get in touch, how I use it, and the choices you have.

Who I am

Mayura Method is run by Naomi Balderson, a breathwork facilitator based in Jersey. I am the data controller for the information described in this policy.

You can reach me any time at naomi@mayura.je.

What I collect

When you book a session

When you book a discovery call

When you join the waitlist or email me

Session notes

If we work together, I keep brief private notes so I can support you properly across sessions. These are held securely and are never shared.

Why I collect it, and my lawful basis

Who else sees your information

I keep your information to myself, other than the services that make the practical side work:

Some of these providers are based outside Jersey, including in the United States, so your information may be transferred there under the safeguards those providers have in place. I never sell your information, and I never share it for marketing.

How long I keep it

Your rights

Under the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2018 you have the right to:

Email me at naomi@mayura.je and I will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner at jerseyoic.org.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored on password-protected devices and accounts with two-factor authentication where available. Paper waivers, if any, are kept locked away. Only I have access.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here with a new date at the top.

This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. If your circumstances change, or you start using analytics, newsletters or additional tools, it is worth having a Jersey data protection professional review it.
