Breathwork, talks and workshops, delivered in your office
Why it matters
Short tempers, poor sleep, sick days, and people deciding to leave long before they tell you. By the time it reaches a conversation with HR it has usually been building for a year.
An assistance programme is there for the moment someone is already struggling, and most people never pick up the phone. This reaches them earlier, in a room, with their colleagues, on an ordinary Tuesday.
Ten minutes of guided breathing moves someone out of a stress response quicker than anything they can think their way into. They feel the difference before they leave the room.
Ways to bring this in
What stress actually does inside the body, why the breath is the fastest way to change it, and how people end up numb without noticing. Told through my own story rather than a slide deck, and it ends with a short practice everyone does in their chair.
A full guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session. I guide the room through the breath and the body does the rest. Most people feel more settled than they have in months. Finishes with two tools they can use at their desk.
One session a month, same slot each time. What changes over six months is that people start using it between sessions instead of only in the room. This is the version that shifts how a team feels.
How a session goes
A short call to understand what is going on for the team. Everyone taking part completes a health form ahead of the day, so anyone with a reason to adjust is looked after quietly, and you confirm the final headcount.
I arrive early and set the room. A little context on why this works, then I guide everyone through the breath together, and I stay with the room the whole way.
Time to land, then everyone leaves with a written practice they can do at their desk in two minutes. Anyone who wants to go further can book a private session with me at a reduced rate.

Who runs it
I built Mayura because I needed it. For a long time I knew there was more available to me, more life, more joy, more aliveness, and I still kept myself small. Numbing the days, avoiding, staying where it felt familiar.
What changed everything was learning to meet myself. Coming back to my body, coming back to my breath. That is why I can stand in front of a room of people who are holding it together and talk about it without any of the usual language.
The practical questions
If your question is not here, email me at naomi@mayura.je and I will answer it myself.
Mats yes, clothes no. I will need mats or something comfortable for people to lie on, which most offices can hire or borrow easily and I am happy to point you in the right direction. Everyone takes part in whatever they are already wearing to work, and nobody has to be flexible, spiritual or say anything out loud.
A room that feels private, with reasonable sound isolation, enough floor space for everyone to lie down with a little room around them, and blinds or a way to dim the lights. A boardroom, a training room or a hired studio all work. What matters most is that nobody feels overlooked or overheard.
For most people, very. Sessions are trauma informed throughout, and everyone completes a health form before the day so anything that needs adjusting is handled quietly in advance. Groups are kept small enough that I can look after everyone in the room. Mayura Method carries full public liability insurance and a certificate is available on request.
A weekly class works on the body from the outside in, and it asks people to turn up, change and be seen moving. Breathwork works on the nervous system directly, in ordinary clothes, in a room your team already sits in every day, and most people feel the shift inside ten minutes. It sits alongside a movement offer rather than replacing it.
Up to 30 for a talk and up to 15 for a full breathwork workshop, which keeps the room small enough that I can look after everyone in it. Larger teams are covered by running rotating groups across a full day.
Yes. Sessions run in your office, a room you have hired, or outdoors when the weather allows, anywhere in Jersey. There is no travel charge on island.
Occasionally something surfaces, and that is held rather than avoided. It is why the group stays small, why I read every health form beforehand, and why I stay with anyone who needs it afterwards. I will always point someone toward the right support if that is what they need.
Two to three weeks is comfortable, and I can sometimes do sooner. October and May book up early because of World Mental Health Day and Mental Health Awareness Week, so those are worth holding well in advance.
Breathwork is powerful and, for most people, very safe. Every session begins with a simple health screening, and nothing is ever forced or rushed. These sessions support how people feel in themselves. They aren’t medical or mental health treatment, and I’ll always point someone toward the right support if that’s what they need.
Let’s talk
Tell me roughly how many people and what is going on for them at the moment, and I will suggest the format that fits. No deck, no pitch, just a short conversation.
